# How does this impact our employees
## Will they be blocked from a website they need to access for work?
Generally, no. While it’s critical for your employees to be productive and access a range of websites for work, we see more and more companies disrupted by malicious inbound and dirty devices exfiltrating data. This is why it’s important to have an infrastructure to address malicious network connections. If they do happen to be blocked, there is a very easy way to add that site to your permit list.
