Data access

Will installing Shield give Intrusion access to all my company's data & customers data?

Intrusion Shield does not give us access to any files. We only look at  packets as they traverse your network. Intrusion Shield does not inspect the payload of any packet. In fact, the tables it constructs have no user content in them and only logs IP pairs, protocol type, service port numbers, and DNS lookups in order to see and block improper communications. It logs metadata only (no content).
